The flat is located in a block of flatsfrom the 80s, in the western suburbs of Thessaloniki.
The owners of the flat are a young couple, whose dream was a modern house with a minimalist style that creates the feeling of calmness and warmth. Elements of natural wood, marble and stone are combined in harmony, with a special lighting that contributes to the creation of feelings of rest and relaxation. All materials are selected to create a bright, warm and welcoming space.
The flat‘s size is 65 sq.m. There is an old kitchen, which is a separate room from the living room and along with the living room were redesigned, creating a single bright space with a bright living room, a functional C-shaped kitchen and a minimal dining room that joins the space functionally. The bedrooms are located in the area looking at the back of the plot.That area is quieter, having a balcony lookingat the garden, while the bathroom was designed following the rules of ergonomics given its small size.

Διαμέρισμα στη Θεσσαλονίκη

Το οροφοδιαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολυκατοικία της δεκαετίας του 80, στα δυτικά προάστια στης Θεσσαλονίκης. Φιλοξενεί ένα νέο ζευγάρι, όνειρο των οποίων ήταν ένα μοντέρνο σπίτι με μινιμαλιστικό ύφος που αποπνέει ηρεμία και ζεστασιά. Στοιχεία φυσικού ξύλου, μαρμάρου και πέτρας συνδυάζονται με αρμονία, με έναν ιδιαίτερο φωτισμό που συμβάλει στην δημιουργία συναισθημάτων ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Όλα τα υλικά είναι επιλεγμένα ώστε να δημιουργούν έναν φωτεινό χώρο ζεστό και φιλόξενο.

Το διαμέρισμα αναπτύσσεται σε 65τ.μ. Τα παλιά ξεχωριστά δωμάτια κουζίνας και σαλονιού διαμορφώθηκαν εκ νέου, δημιουργώντας έναν ενιαίο φωτεινό χώρο σαλοκουζίνας με διαμπερές σαλόνι, μία λειτουργική κουζίνα σε σχήμα Γ και μια minimal τραπεζαρία που ενώνει τον χώρο λειτουργικά. Τα υπνοδωμάτια βρίσκονται σε μία άλλη ζώνη, πιο ήσυχη, έχοντας μπαλκόνι στον πίσω κήπο του οικοπέδου, ενώ το μπάνιο διαμορφώθηκε τηρώντας τους κανόνες εργονομίας δεδομένου του μικρού μεγέθους του.
